SA Post Office services suc****

I played for a Speed Courier delivery at the post office on Monday morning August the 6th, and was told it would reach it's destination on Wednesday August the 8th, today is Saturday and I still have not heard anything from the Post Office! I tried calling them yesterday and today and was made to hold the line endlessly. I tried sending an sms o track the exact location of my parcel and was told my tracking number has not been captured on the system. Online, it tells me that my delivery is on COLL DOC at JHBCUR! I don't know what to do anymore, but that parcel is really important to me and can't afford to lose it.
