SA Post Office Service Not Acceptable

I ordered a package from overseas more than a month ago and it's been stuck at JIMC for a while now. I tried calling several times but it's like they just ignore the phones. I also sent several emails but most of them haven't been responded to. The only response I got after a while was that the package was received and is being sent to customs. And yet the status of my package has still not changed once. Feeling like I will never receive it!!
