SA post office service non-existent. Thanks Mark Barnes!!

I have ordered items from an online supplier. The order was placed on the 15 November 2018. Since the 15 December 2018 I have been enquiring with the SA post office as to the whereabouts of the package. on their website the tracking info is frozen at 18/11/2108 - does not update to later dates. The email addresses indicated on heir webpage does not work either because after numerous email requests as to the whereabouts of my package i have yet to receive ANY replies. The service is pathetic to say the least and if we do not do due dilligence and follow up the packages gets either ****** or sent back to sender because the SA post office staff are too lazy to do their work and ensure packages reach their destination come hell or high water. Where is my package SAPO!?
