SA Post Office Savings Account

My name is Nelisa Madyo we opened a group account at the Post office in De Aar on the 2nd of June 2020. For some reasons the account was blocked , were given two options i.e to open a new account or to close the account and get a refund and we opted for closing the account and get our money back. After several attempts of getting the money, we were told a lot of stories. Our image is dented since it is a group account other mothers think we are lying we have used the money . Today i went again, the manager the Post office told me there is nothing he can do , he did his part, I am becoming unfair cause he is doing his part. I just want to know as a customer what is my part since the manager has done his part I am frustrated because he shouted me infront of his subordinates. Please help me Thanks in advance
