Please help me find out when they will sort and find my packages, its been over 30 days sitting at customs and I cant find out why and when it will be delivered to me. Ive tried calling, Ive tried the website tracking, Ive tried emailing and i get no response and no help. This is the worst service Ive ever had to deal with. From the poor handling of the packages to no-one knowing whats up from down to the clueless workers and permanent strikes how does work ever get done and where is the Q.O.S. ? What a headache ...
