SA Post Office / SA Custom

I bought an item from the US and it arrived here in SA on 16 of December 2018. I paid over R1000 for priority mail from the US to SA. The item has been stuck at JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA since 18 December 2018. This is just unbelievable. The tracking number is HJ ********** 66US. Please assist. Thank you.
