SA Post office ruining my life!

I am at my wit's end! The South African Post office has failed me. Currently waiting for 2 parcels that arrived at WITSPOS (HUB) on the 24th of October 2019, this after it arrived in the country on the 17th of October! The tracking numbers are LB***SG and RV***CN. Can anyone help? This is affecting my livelihood. Had I known about this I wouldn't have used the service.
