SA Post Office refuse to do investigation on content ****** from parcel.

<p>The SA Post Office refuse to do any investigation on the content that was removed from a parcel that was sent to Canada. The Canadian Postal Services confirmed that the sender needs to report the theft. South Afican Postal Services confirmed that the receiver of the parcel needs to report the theft. This only applies for South Africa with the result that you will never be able to log a complaint. The SA Post Office is one of the most ******* departments in South Africa. I should never have done business with them. I have paid R735 for sending a parcel, then they removed/stole the content from the parcel before it reached it's destination and now refuse to investigate. This was done at the Darras Centre Post Office at Kensington. When confronting them at the Post Office, I have picked up on their body languge that they are guilty. I have completed a form for investigation and they refuse to proceed with the investigation.</p>
