SA Post office. Redundant!!

On the 28th of May I sent a very important package with registered mail. To date it still has not been delivered. What an absolute useless organisation. Never again ever will I make use of their services. How is it possible that a registed parcel that has to go from Witbank to Johannesburg takes more than a month and is still stuck in the sorting room? Useless.
