SA POST OFFICE - POST BANK ACCOUNTS

Post Office Kroonstad...Poor Service...

Post Office stopped all the ATM withdrawal, Postbank holders can only withdraw money at the Post Office teller...but wait Kroonstad post office never have any money. How are old age pensioners able to withdraw their Sassa when the post office is not component to opperate. Also closes for no reason or reopen date???

Open accounts to enable client from Post bank to withdraw at any ATM or Checkers Money Market like in the past.

I phoned Post Office Customer Care this morning with no help I was transferred to a department of Sassa and they confirmed that I can withdraw at any ATM but it did not work so clearly this was changed.

Can anyone confirm if you can transfer/EFT money from postbank account to another bank.

Need to withdraw Sassa to pay for medication and struggles with this problem for over 6 months now.
