SA POST OFFICE POOR SERVICE

I sent a registered envelope to Allan Gray foundation., Jhb This was to apply for a scholarship. I sent registered envelope at my local post office in Queensburgh KZN. Monnth:September 2019 Tracking number :RC*** ZA

. I had no contact from Allan Gray Foundation and contacted them after the deadline date.My daughter was not registered and no envelope was received! I called the post office call centre and was informed that the envelope was in transit.

I went back to my pist office, filled an enquiry form and was told that they will contact me after 3months. I sent a mail and no response yet. So at the end my daughter lost an opportunity. I paid for something that was not delivered. I was confident that by registering the envelope I will be rest assured that it will arrive at the destination.

I am so disappointed with the Poor service and very poor customer service. Lesson learnt :Pay more use a courier service or an opposition like Postnet. Hope someone in SA Post Office reads this and take heed to improve their service. Thank you Logan
