SA Post Office poor service at its best

I have a parcel that was last scanned on the 15 May 2018 at JIMC and the other 8 June 2018 at Tshwane Hub and seemingly things don't move and when you call it takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone... They also say the post office has a go slow... The service is appalling
