SA Post Office - Poor service!

I have been waiting for a parcel from the UK. It took two days from the UK to Johannesburg. Since 10 June 2019 it has been sitting in transit between Johannesburg and Cape Town mail centre. Cape Mail received it on 14 June 2019 and still I have not received it!! Pathetic!
