SA Post office -Poor service

Someone from the Uk send me a parcel in 25-Jan-2015, and i havent recieve it yet Tracking number is RU***GB, I've been calling the call centre everyday ***no answer. Im not happy about the service that we receive , can someone please atleast explain to us where is our parcels and what are they doing about so many parcels that are just lying around at their office. CAN WE GET ASSISTANCE ASAP
