SA Post Office PO Box Renewal

No facility currently exist at SA Post Office to renew your PostBox for 2021. The online payment facility at virtualpostoffice.co.za does not work and you are requested on their website to go to your nearest Post office. After queuing for almost an hour to be told that they are offline and that the system will be back online first week of 2021. They cannot even update the message on their website not to direct you to the nearest post office for assistance never mind fixing a basic system error to that will allow them to generate income.
