SA Post Office. Please pick up your phone

I've tried calling the Call Centre on numerous occasions and I've even tried phoning individual branches in and around my area. The phone just rings and rings and rings. I understand that at the call Centre there might be high call volumes but at each and every post office? This is ridiculous. Post office can you please contact me.
