SA Post Office personel just do not care

I am saddened by the way my query over parcels RI***ZA and RI***ZA was handled by the above mentioned staff. After months of relentless emails and no one responce/update from any of the above staff.I simply receive \you parcel was sent back to sender"email.That is it. It is appauling and incredibly unproffessional to treat a customer like that.My parcels have just gone like that and no one cares."""
