SA Post Office Pathetic Tracking and Customer Service

@PostofficeSa ‬South Gate your tracking system and customer service is pathetic. My parcel should be with their post office but they can’t tell me where it is. They don’t reply to customer service emails and after 20 mins of holding the line still no answer! The regional Post Office is no better, what does one need to do to get hold of these people let alone track a parcel. Pathetic man
