SA Post Office- Pathetic Service on International Packages

Pathetic service on the side of SA Post Office. Sent a parcel to the US on 13/08/3019. It was scanned in at JHB International on 15/08/2019 but hasn't made any progress since. I called JHB International and they informed me that the whereabouts of my parcel was unknown. I've been in contact with them for several weeks, calling at least 3 times a week for progress reports and my parcel has yet to be found. No one knows where it is. It's clear that processes aren't being followed. I've sent an e-mail to the manager of the department yesterday- no feedback. Called today and was assured that he would 0hone me back in 10 minutes. It's been almost an hour later. Still no call.
