SA Post office online useless

This was one of the worst experiences ever, I app**** online for 2 of my vehicle license renewals, got a quotation and made payment. Got another quotation and paid for that one too. I ended up getting 5 of which I refused to pay because my licenses wouldn’t have been that much. It then expired and have still not received anything. Received another quotation and it’s well over R1000 again. Their contact us and tickets don’t work as no one gets back to you. The worst service ever. Can’t even request a refund on the site.
