SA Post office online system nightmare

We app**** and paid online for our vehicle licenses on 08.02.2022 and still do not have them. After a week we were asked to upload the certified ID again which we did, it keeps saying it's requoting but we already paid. We have tried calling the call center number numerous times and no-one answers. Complained on Facebook and got a response saying one will be dispatched and they're still working on the other but still nothing. Absolutely useless service!
