SA Post Office Online Motor Vehicle Licence Renewsls

I app**** and paid for 2 motor vehicle licences on the online website on 25 September. and it shows on the website that its been issued and despatched. A month later and I stilI have not received it. My licences .have now expired. I have phone their customer care line but no one answers No one responds to their customer care emails either. I hsve submitted 12 queries on their motor vehicle renewal website with absolutely no response. I then contacted their socisl media on twitter and facebook who gave me 2 emails to contact. Not surprisingly they did not bother to respond either. How is it Possible that the Motor Vehicle Licencing Department can approve such an *********** institution to issue licence renewals when they dont even have the common courtesy of replying to queries. They are certainly not competent nor geared for this. (Like all the other 'services' they render.
