SA POST OFFICE ONLINE LICENCE

Good day I did an online licence with the post office SAPO after paying R460.00 they said my documents was older than 3 months. I renwed the documents and submitted the same day it was mid Jan every time I go on their site for a refund they tell me we will get back to you in no time. They are right IN NO TIME. I am still waiting. Who can help me in yhis matter any advice will greatly appreciated.
