SA POST OFFICE ONLINE Box RENEWAL needs renewal

The online renewal portal does not work! This is provided as a second option for Post Office Box renewals. Please can someone from SA Post Office respond? I cant wait in ques for hours just to renew a post box. This is why technology exists!
