SA POST OFFICE - not very good service....

Hello Peter First time I have had to use the Hello Peter forum to complain about something. I am usually a very generous person when it comes to understanding about time issues, delays, human errors etc - but something has supremely ticked me off.

I sent a parcel through the SA Post Office - in fact I sent 4 parcels. 3 arrived - supremely excited to see three arriving - so all 5 stars for that - but the 4th has failed to arrive....

Now the problem comes in where no one is able to give me any more information that saying it is 'on route'. A sms says it was last scanned at the Constantia Post Office on the 28th and then nothing.....So WHERE is it?

I spent 20 mins on the phone listening to: 'All our agents are busy please be patient your call is important to us'...So not very confident that the SA Post Office has my interests at heart....
