SA Post Office not responding.

I purchased an item from Thailand on 26 November 2018. According to the SA Post Office tracking page, my package was at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE on 16 January 2019, and in transit on 1 February 2019. The package is supposed to be delivered to Roodepoort, Johannesburg, but now (13 February) it is en route to DURMAIL (HUB).

Multiple attempts to contact customer care have been fruitless.

Another order placed on 13 November 2018 has also not been delivered yet.
