Sa post office not release my parcel RU***NL

still i have been waiting for my parcel... why it is taking long time . please let me know what i want to do , i went 2 times to jimca post office but no use. please release my parcel . it is too late. my parcel came to jimca post office 22 dec 2020. my prarcel number ;RU***NL ,kind regards naga
