SA Post Office not refunding monies paid for NON-DELIVERY

I collected my parcel that Post office never delivered after nearly 3 months. I send this via a different provider the day after collecting from WITS POS, and the parcel arrived at its destrination3 days Later However I app**** for a refund for the amount post office charged me for the delivery, completed all forms, have receive of my refund request on the 27 August 2018, stamped by Lonehill Post Office A month later, and after standing in the queue for hours, my refund is still not received. Don’t know how long this will take, but is for R2747.60 for which I paid in CASH NOTES at the insistence of the PO employee at the counter.
