SA Post Office not from this planet

Good day all.

Well what can I say that has not been said before. The service of this once excellent SOE like other SOE's is utterly hopeless. International parcels of mine have been between SA post office hubs for the past 10 days and are STILL NOT at my local Hoedspruit post office. The Hoedspruit office also has some sort of antiquated pre- century system of receiving and sorting mail when it does (hopefully) arrive. I honestly do not think the first post offices operated this way in any case. The national customer service is also a joke. Nobody even bothers to answer you when an email is sent. Really, where is this bettering of standards that the President is always promising? It's just getting worse and worse. There is only one ray of hope and that resides in the Office of Exchange. I do not want to mention names, but this lady is from another universe. She should be the CEO of the post office but I guess then we would loose probably the only properly functioning part of the post office. What can we accomplish in this new South Africa that held so much hope and promise at the beginning?? I feel so despondent and helpless like someone observing a Tsunami and being able to do absolutely nothing about it. Cry my beloved country, cry!!
