SA Post Office not "delivering"

I have a box at the Kiepersol depot. It seems there are no deliveries made anymore. I am expecting important documents for a long time, not receiving it.

Also my municipal account does not reach me anymore. Didn't get my monthly statement since April. It seems that the last time there was deliveries to Kiepersol post boxes was in April.

What will be done to this problem? Where can I get all my outstanding mail??
