Of the many going out of their way to deliver top quality service to their customers, and to promote the Proudly SA brand, yours is unfortunately not one of them. In short, you call centre offers no support whatsoever, leaving the customer stranded and guessing as to the fate of their parcel (which happened to be tracked by the way). Its lousy, 3rd rate service like yours that shoves us firmly back into the reality of our 3rd world status, when we dare to entertain naive ideas of progress and renewal. Really SA Post, you make me ashamed to be South African for your appalling service today.
