SA POST OFFICE NOT ABLE TO TRACK INTERNATIONAL PARCEL.

I have phone the Cape Mail hub today and the lady i spoke to says it is still at JHB post and there is nothing she can do. She advised me people are still waiting for the parcels since may. I think this needs big attention because ppl by things online from over seas but nothing gets delivered. and i think this is very unfair to me and all the other people across south Africa.

I paid allot of money for my product and its been in the country since September.

I need a solution or i will take this matter much more futher.
