SA Post Office non existant

I've been trying to track an international parcel for 3 days now (been in the country for 5 already) , it seems all good and well when you read what you need to do via SA Post Office but when you try you'll be unsuccessful and it's sooooooo frustrating . I sent an email to customer service 3 days ago to help track parcel and to date no response , I tried calling 4 times and each time no response phone just rings , I then try the sms option and guess what...…...no response . Now how do i get a reasonable answer as to where my parcel is if SA Post Office is not working …….
