SA Post Office, non delivery of parcel

Posted an international parcel to Ireland on Frifay 13th Nov 2020 using E.M.S. cost R3894 delivery time 4-5 working day.. Tuesday 17th could not trace parcel. After contacting different track & Trace departments i was told they dont eork on TA number i need the EE number on waybill. Onerwacht Post Office (0557) did not give it to me only the TA sticker on my receipt. International post section, Dorothy said she would email E.M.S to get the EE number as they the Post Office only work with TA number. I decided to google number for E.M.S myself snd contact them. Spoke to Maria ciuld not hrlp, Post office mudt have it but she will find out more. Folloeing week on the Monday went bsck to my Post Office looking for copy of the waybill. Dorry all waybills were sent with parcel they only have TA number because that is whst they work with. I then stsrt calling Dorothy snd Maria for updates. Both blameing each other. Eventually get infoed in an email the following week where EE has bern found snd they looking for parcel. I then get sent another email from this other depsrtment fm Rhulsni saying the psrcel is in fron of them and it says Belarus not Irelsnd snd they dont send their at the moment and would i pleade send s proper address. This was 30th Nov. I told her you hsve the wrong parcel i will email a photo of my parcel as i took a photo bebore sending. A day later i get a call fom Rhulani stating that the parcel is going to be returned to me as they dont have flights to Ireland. What the hell. I adked why cant it go via UK. Dont get an answer. On the Monday someone else fones again to ask if they csn return the parcel as they dont know what to do with it. I am still wsiting for it. This is a disgrace an unacceptable. Why fo the Post office and E.MS. advertise Ireland take my money and dont do their work properly. When my parcel eventually gets back, how long am i going to wsit for my money bsck. I apparently have to fill in s claims form to get my postage fee back. THIS IS A DISGRACE. The Post Office motto printed on ALL their receipts " WE DELIVER WHATEVER IT TAKES". IF That is do, why is my parcrl not being delivered. I want answerd. I can be contacted ***
