SA POST OFFICE non communication/ *******

I have been inquiring for the past month when Cape Mail will send my parcel to the post office so I can collect it. I was assured that it will be done within the week (which as 2 weeks back). After tracing the parcel it was last scanned 19 Nov 2021, but no movement is forthcoming. After numerous unanswered e-mails to costumer care I have no alternative and am very skeptical if I will ever get the package. RV***CN for ease of tracking.....
