SA Post Office - No service what so ever

I have been waiting for my parcel that has been send to Customs and been sitting there for more than a month. Tried contacting the Contact Center, was holding for more than 2 hours more than once, and no one answers ever even on the 011 numbers. I also mail the customer contact center with parcel number and details, got mail back will reply in 48 hours. No one phone or rep****.<br> <br> Service like this is hard to beat. <br> <br> <br>
