SA Post Office - No Service and No Communication

I ordered a package from the US in May 2018. According to the US tracking it arrived in Johannesburg within 4 days of the order. On the post office site it shows one attempted delivery (for which no call was received) and there was someone at my house on that day. It has now been a month and I can't find any information regarding when the package will be delivered or where I can pick it up. I have emailed numerous times to all email addresses on their website, but it keeps on bouncing back to me as undelivered. Their SMS service is not working and I have called 23 times with no answer. Today I phoned customer service at 10:30 with no answer for over 45 minutes! I will collect the package myself, JUST TELL ME WHERE. The lack of service is unacceptable. 4 days from the US to SA and 2 months in SA and counting.
