S.A post office no service

I have tried for a whole day trying to call the S.A Post office. I am trying to track a parcel sent from the U.K. I have sent email. Their customer services dont answer the phone. I cannot download the tracking app as the page gives an error. When you call them an automated answering machine tells you to please be patient, I was patient for 15 mins holding and no one answers.
