SA Post office - no service

I am waiting for a parcel that was sent to me from ONRUSRIVIER on the 18th of December. The staff at ONRUSRIVIER post office confirmed that SA Post office staff are working over the Christmas period and the office will only be closed 25/26 December. The parcel was accepted at ONRUSRIVIER on 18 December. My parcel was in transit from ONRUSRIVIER to CAPEMAIL (HUB) on 19 December. It was in transit from CAPEMAIL (HUB) to WITSPOS (HUB) from 19 to 21 December. From WITSPOS (HUB) to GERIn TransitTON (HUB) it took 3 days - 21 to 24 December, and since then nothing!!!

I went to the Glen Marais/Aston Manor post office on Saturday 29 December, and was met by a notice on the door saying "NOTE THAT THE OFFICE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. POST OFFICES: Birchleigh, Kempton Park and Bonaero Park are open for services. Parcel notifications should be retained for items at Aston Manor, you will be duly informed when parcels are available. Management apologise for any inconvenience"

I am extremely irate as I have to pay a yearly fee for a post box, and in exchange for that, there is no service!!!
