SA Post Office - No Service

<p>Posted an important document for the USA. The document was received at "The Office of Exchange Out - Jhb Int Mail Centre Hub" on Jan 24,2017 at 09:25am. During a call to the Post Office Centre @ ********** 502 on Jan 26,2017 I was informed by the person answering the call that my letter/document was loaded and is being shipped(fleight) off to the USA. On a follow up, today Jan 30, 2017, I was told that the document was still at Jhb Mail Centre. on querring the staus, I was ubruptly informed :"I do not know" and the call was terminated by the post office employee. on a second call to the same number, after supplying them with my tracking number, I heard some talking in the background and the call was again abruptly ended. On my third attempt to the call centre I was told to phone ********** 010/81. I tried phoning this number several times but yet again to no avail. No one answered the call. </p> <p>I paid for a service at the SA Post Office, but there is no service. I requested an explanation - but no one could supply the answers. I tried to call, but no one wanted to answer the call.</p> <p>What now SA Post Office - must I just execpt this poor service?</p>
