SA Post Office - NO REPLY

I have been trying to contact the South African Post Office for the past few days. They don't reply to emails and they do not answer any calls!!

I have been on hold for 45 minutes plus with no answer, I understand high call volumes, but this is just ridiculous. To top it all off I still don't know where my parcel is, and it has been 3 months since I ordered the thing. A simple reply would do, but it is hard to just get that out of them.
