SA post office no delivery, no feedback

I had a parcel shipped to me on 22 February 2018 with an estimated delivery time of 5 work days. According to the tracking details the parcel was received in the Tshwane hub on 28 February 2018. It is now 15 March 2018 and the parcel still has not made any progress. When trying to contact the customer help line I get no answer when phoning and no response to email inquiries. This company is simply not doing their job and not bothered with customer service. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to courier a parcel to avoid this useless government service non-provider if at all possible. Any other courier company in SA delivers in 3 days to main centers, I am now at 15 work days with no feedback and I suppose that I will have to write off the parcel as essentially ******, because that is whats going on here. Unacceptable lack of service.
