SA Post Office Newton Park Vehicle Licensing is appalling.

Vehicle Licensing Service at Port Elizabeth, Newton Park is the most appalling shambles I have ever seen. The car guards are given documents by car dealers and paid right in front of Post Office personnel and the manager does absolutely nothing about it. They sit on the licensing window for more than 2 hours serving one dealer with 20 documents and nothing is done to make sure that the people who queue there for hours are attended to. It is expected that you wait for hours with no basic humane amenities like toilets. The manager is the most *********** rude unprofessional useless person you will ever come across. She allows a car guide to literally bully customers inside the Post Office and she does absolutely nothing to manage the establishment. I have never seen such a place operating as a public service establishment. This needs an investigation at all levels of functioning. Licensing our vehicles is not optional, we are being law abiding citizen, paying due diligence to the law but the process is riged at Newton Park Post office, Port Elizabeth.
