SA Post Office (Never to be used again)

<p>Tracking No. : II ********** 75</p> <p> </p> <p>I am waiting on a very important item from overseas and it was supposed to have been delivered over a month according to the supplier's delivery estimates. However, this parcel was delivered to the Krugersdorp Hub on the 24 April and that's where it's been ever since.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the Hub last week and spoke to a lady After holding for a very long time, she came back and said the parcel has never reached Krugersdorp. </p> <p>Yest the customer services adviced me that the parcel was last scanned in Krugerdorp.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I need to know where the parcel is and what the holdup is, but short of physically driving there and sitting there until they find my parcel, I am at a loss of what to do!!! Who does one report the Issue to?</p>
