SA Post Office MVL Website A NIGHTMARE

The SA Post Office Motor Vehicle License Renewals website is useless.

My application was rejected due to my ID copy not being certified.

I have made numerous attempts to re upload the certified ID however the website wants me to requote which makes absolutely no sense.

When I create a new quote, the certified ID does not upload. There is also a error saying I need to link my vehicle when I do it says vehicle already exists.

I have made numerous calls to the SAPO customer service, they don't have any answers and don' even know what's going on.

My license disc expired 28.02.2022, payment was already made through the site. this process is an absolute nightmare!!!!
