Don't even waste your time with this service. If anything goes wrong, you won't get a reply to tickets logged on the website and you'll end up going into the post office anyway.

In my case, paying the R75 delivery fee didnt help as the PE branch ran out of paper which meant i had to go into my nearest post office anyways and then fight for the R75 refund with the online team.
