SA Post Office ****med me

I went to the Westgate mall Roodepoort SA Post Office branch to courier a package which contained hair I purchased from Aliexpress in China, I was returning the product for a full refund, I was charged R363 on the 31 October 2023, I was given a tracking number which I can used on the international tracking website. It's been almost 3 months now and my package is no where to be found, I have forfeit my refund worth almost R2000 because my package is untraceable, it shows that it was last scanned on 11/11/2023at the wits warehouse, I went to the branch on the 5/01/2024 to enquire and the lady at the till told me that they dnt know where my hair is and the only information they have is the what to international tracking app tells.

I want my package back or I need the office to account for it.
