SA Post office lost or stole my parcell

I have a package that i ordered from ebay in January and it is still not here, tracking stopped at "in transit from Johannesburg"

The package is something sentimental to me and i am really upset that it is not here. Did someone ***** my parcell?

Does this mean that if you live in SA you cannot order anything online because it gets ****** at the post office??

This is unacceptable!
