SA Post office lost my parcel and they are not explaining anything

<p>On 26 October 2016 I had a parcel shipped with the tracking number PE ********** 85ZA from Edenvale to Ormonde, both in Johannesburg. I tracked it for a few days and suddenly it was held up at Witspos Hub near me for a week when I decided to go enquire. I got there and was told it had been shipped to Pretoria by mistake and they were going to repost over night back to correct address. That was lies because nobody said anything after they took my contact info. I even went to my local post office, made calls and they all said they would help me find it because it wasn't on the system but they **** and went quite. I want my parcel and even the sender took it upon himself to go enquire. No more promises...I NEED my parcel, this is day light *******! :(</p>
