SA POST OFFICE LOST MY PARCEL!!!!!

It is sad when you buy an expensive item from another country and it goes through all the problems at sea or by plane, it arrives at the South African ports, its received by our SA postal service and they dispatch it to your regional hub just to be never seen or heard of again. It is pethetic that your own postal service cannot even look after an deliver your parcel. I am waiting for my parcel to arrive since MAY 2022!!!!!!!!!!!!! They cannot tell me what happened to it, i tried several ways to do my own investigation and still nobody can tell me what happened to it, WHY?
